What payment methods are accepted?
There's no setup fee or credit card required when you start your GnosisConnect 30-day free trial.
You can pay using Visa or MasterCard to upgrade your account to a paid account. If you want to pay via wire transfer, please contact us at +1 609-606-9977.

How can I upgrade from a trial version to a paid version?
Once logged in as an admin, you can click the settings icon and chose manage subscription to upgrade your plan. If you have any problem choosing the plan, please contact us at +1 609-606-9977.

How can I terminate my subscription?
Once logged in as an admin, you can click the settings icon and chose “Deactivation request”. This will send a request to our admin and they will follow up with you.

What happens if I chose to downgrade from my existing plan?
There will be no change to your LMS at all. The only change will be with respect to number of users you can have.

What happens to my account if I do not renew it on time?
If you do not renew your account, we save your data for 6 months, during when you can always come back and just start using your LMS again by renewing the plan. After 6 months the data will be scrapped.

What happens if I reach the maximum number of users?
Once you reach your maximum number of users, you will have to upgrade to a higher bandwidth plan.

What is the difference between Annual and Monthly pricing?
With annual pricing you pay for a year in the beginning itself, and you get 2 months of free usage. So with Annual pricing you pay only for 10 months, whereas with monthly pricing you pay for all 12 months on a per month basis.

Do the plans come with free support?
We offer free email support for all of our accounts. You can issue a support request directly within your learning portal's dashboard.

Is there any limit on course storage?
There is no storage limitation for paid accounts. The 30-day trial period limits the size of an uploaded file to 50 MB. However, there is no cap on the total storage you may use.
